Our Team

Heather is a qualified physiotherapist who also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her clinical background combined with her business acumen has successfully steered the ship since Supported Housing commenced back in 2006.

Melissa is the beating heart of our organisation running the day to day management of everything for the business in addition to co-ordinating one of our group homes. Melissa joined Supported Housing back in 2006 when we opened our first home and has recruited and developed a team of qualified and dedicated care workers. She is a no nonsense person who just gets in and gets a job done.

Orlando is a medically trained doctor in Colombia who since arriving in Australia has dedicated himself to assisting people living with traumatic brain injuries. We are thrilled to have him managing our Strathfield complex in addition to providing the team with expert insight.

Alyse is Melissa’s most trusted assistant at our group home in Bella Vista. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach Alyse is always one step ahead of everyone ensuring no task goes unaddressed and every resident has the support they need. If Alyse doesn’t know about it it’s not worth knowing.

Masey is our performance improvement guru who develops personalised staff training and implements IT and other performance initiatives. She has researched and implemented systems aimed at making staff know what they need to do and simplify recording to give them more time to spend with our residents.

We have a dedicated team of close to fifty care and support workers who treat our residents like family. More than half of our care workers are already eligible for long service leave which speaks volumes about their commitment and our team culture.
