What We Offer

In our homes, we offer 24/7 care and support in a SIL type model where residents share care when they are home and have individual support when they go out.

We treat our residents and staff like family and our homes are a welcoming place of comfort.

We have an on-site manager at each of our locations who coordinates daily operations and supports staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. We have close to fifty highly-trained amazing staff more than half of whom have worked with us for over ten years.

Because of our skilled staff, we are able assist catastrophically-injured people with high care needs including those requiring two-person transfers, people with challenging behaviours, PEG feeds, epilepsy and other complex medical needs.

We operate from great locations including units in the vibrant, inner city suburb of North Strathfield and a beautiful group home in the prestigious suburb of Bella Vista.
